The nose is fruity, aromatic, elegant, racy and offers a fine intensity / power. It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and small notes of blueberry, strawberry associated with touches of gray pepper, discreet hints of violet, liquorice, toasted / caramelized oak as well as an imperceptible touch of vanilla, chocolate and ripe almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, fine, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful acid / acidulous frame, minerality, precision, gourmandise as well as a beautiful and pure fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed raspberry and crushed redcurrant combined with small notes of cassis, blackberry, cherry as well as touches of tonka bean, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of flowers / racy minerality (in the background). Tannins are fine, elegant and very discreetly chewy. Good length. Gourmandise and a very discreet chew on the finish.
