The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers a certain complexity, accuracy and expresses a precise but integrated spiciness, associated with tangy fruits and a fine minerality (gravel, limestone note). On the first nose, we find notes of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and even a slight touch of smoke in the background. Then, we smell the aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, redcurrant, fresh raspberry and dried raspberry, blackcurrant, as well as notes of dried mint, blackcurrant bud, violet and lilac. On the palate, the wine is airy and fruity, with a fine spicy side in the background. It expresses notes of tangy black fruits (blackcurrant, a touch of blueberry), associated with touches of red cherry, strawberry and raspberry, a fragrant floral bouquet (violet, rose, lilac) and a herbaceous hint (wild mint, blackcurrant leaf) in the background, which with a crunchy acidity brings liveliness and freshness. The tannins are melted and delicate. The finish has an average persistence.
