The nose reveals notes of quince associated with slight notes of Mirabelle, beeswax as well as a hint of pear and a very discreet hint of brioche. The palate is fruity, fat, well-balanced, suave, well-built and offers a beautiful juicy frame, a beautiful definition as well as gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of yellow peach, quince and Mirabelle associated with a discreet hint of pear as well as a subtle hint of apricot, brioche/vanilla and beeswax. Good length. A well-built wine! Beautiful persistence.
