The nose is fruity, concentrated and offers richness as well as gourmandise. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, cassis and fine notes of crushed wild red berries combined with a touch of wood, melted chocolate, praline, sweet spices, vanilla as well as a discreet hint of hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of garrigue / olive tree. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine tension as well as a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cherry and crushed cassis combined with a fine hint of blueberry, flowers, touches of zan, toasted oak as well as a subtle hint of coffee, a discreet hint of Timut pepper and a very discreet hint of undergrowth / tobacco. Tannins are fine and very discreetly dry. Good length and good persistence.
