Domaine de la Navicelle – Esprit de la Colle Noire 2014 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of crushed boysenberry, blueberry and a discreet hint of strawberry/red berries associated with slight hints of garrigue, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of colas/zan. The palate is fruity, silky, suave and offers a beautiful juiciness, a slight freshness as well as gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, blueberry and slight notes of cassis, wild strawberry associated with hints of colas/zan as well as discreet hints of mocha, toasted oak and an imperceptible hint of sweet spices. Tannins are well-built, slightly firm and a bit young. Good length. The persistence is fruity.
