The wine has a bright pink color of medium intensity. The nose is juicy and aromatic. It expresses notes of ripe red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, crushed strawberry, red currant), as well as an elegant floral side (notes of peony, fresh rose, cherry blossom). There is also a discreet touch of cut grass and white pepper in the background. On the palate, the wine expresses roundness and richness of fruit, juicy flavors of ripe strawberry, raspberry, raspberry coulis, crushed strawberry, red cherry, as well as peony, cherry blossom and a fine touch of nutmeg in the background. The wine offers a nice length with a pleasant acidity, a delicate bitterness and refreshing notes of citrus fruits (blood orange, pink grapefruit). A vinous and fleshy rosé, but fresh and balanced.
