The wine has a young lemon color of medium intensity. The nose offers the delicacy of flowers and the maturity of fruits. It reveals notes of ripe stone fruits (white peach, nectarine, apricot), ripe lemon, orange peel, pineapple as well as slight touches of hay, wildflowers, acacia and honey. We also feel a nice mineral finesse (a slight note of graphite) and saline in the background. On the palate, the finish is round, with a creamy and ample texture. The wine expresses pronounced flavors of ripe stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot, yellow plum), as well as a slight sweetness of melon, a touch of pineapple and mango, complemented by floral notes of acacia, honeysuckle, as well as a fine touch of wax and honey. The fleshiness of this wine is balanced by a supple but quite fresh acidity. Nice richness of fruit and a good length with a light and pleasant grapefruit bitterness.
