The nose is aromatic, powerful, fine, elegant, slightly gourmande as well as very discreetly tight. It reveals notes of Bigarreau cherry, cassis and small notes of Boysenberry combined with small touches of crushed raspberry, hints of wild strawberry, red flowers as well as slight hints of granite and an imperceptible hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, gourmande, juicy, precise and offers a good definition, tension, a small aerial side, finesse as well as a certain delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, crushed red berries and Bigarreau cherry associated with small touches of blackberry / blueberry as well as hints of black olive, chocolate, granite and vanilla. Tannins are fine, structuring and a bit firm. Good length. Small concentration on the persistence.
