The nose is aromatic, elegant, slightly intense/powerful and slightly gourmande. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of blueberry, boysenberry and wild strawberry combined with small touches of red flowers, garrigue as well aq discreet hints of licorice, fleshy red berries and almonds. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, precise, elegant, racy, beautifuly built and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine acid frame, generosity as well as a beautiful juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy red berries and small notes of juicy Boysenberry combined with fine touches of blueberry, flowers, garrigue as well as discreet hints of chocolate, hazelnut, discreet toasted hints and an imperceptible hint of roasting. Good persistence. The persistence is (very) slightly grainy and offers hints of chocolate (brings gourmandise). Beautiful success !
