Domaine de la Jobeline – En Prévisy 2014 – Mâcon-Verzé

The nose is fruity, aromatic and fresh. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, quince and slight notes of crushed pear associated with a subtle hint of yellow fruits, beeswax and a subtle toasted hint. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, well-built, elegant, aerial and offers tension, a beautiful suavity, minerality as well as slight unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe peach and pear associated with discreet hints of apple, small yellow stone fruits as well as a subtle toasted hint/beeswax and almond on the finish. Good length.
