It reveals notes of quince and small yellow fruits associated with slight hints of dried zest as well as very discreet hints of yellow plum and chestnut / oak. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-built, precise, well framed and offers a fine freshness, an acidulous frame, gourmandise, a good structure as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, ripe / juicy kumquat and small notes of crunchy yellow plum combined with fine touches of juicy / fresh quince as well as very discreet hints of juicy apple, subtle hints of beeswax / almond and an imperceptible oaky hint (in the background).
