It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, ripe wild blackberry, small notes of black plum associated with small touches of violet, black plum as well as very discreet hints of garrigue/thyme and an imperceptible hint of laurel berries. The palate is fruity, creamy and offers a beautiful juiciness, freshness, minerality as well as a beautiful mineral frame, a beautiful definition, finesse of the grain, precision and concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small creamy black berries, pulpy wild cassis, small notes of laurel berries associated with touches of wild strawberry, small wild red berries as well as hints of black pepper, pink laurel, sense of the place as well as very discreet hints of caramelization, toasted and chocolate. A subtle hint of vanilla and a very discreet hint of bitterness on the finish/persistence.
