The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a good definition, juiciness, a small fat, a fine suavity as well as gourmandise. In mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, small black fruits and small notes of juicy black plum associated with touches of violet, crushed raspberry, crushed cherry as well as hints of incense, dark chocolate, toasted, slight hints of gray pepper and discreet hints of vanilla (in the background). Good length. Tannins are structuring and slightly marked.
