Clear cherry color, limpid and shiny. A very expressive first nose on black fruits, garrigue and leather. A floral side is also present with touches of peony. The second nose confirms the first nose: power and singularity with notes of leather, toast but also of coffee and cinnamon. A juicy and fresh bouquet with fresh cherry, sage and dark chocolate. The palate is fresh and relatively tangy. From the start, we have spices, especially pepper. Rose and peony appear with hints of crunchy black fruits like blueberry and blackberry. The tannins are smooth. The aromas at the end are on the salinity with black cherry and aromas of garrigue: savory, thyme and bay leaf-sauce in bloom. The finish is relatively dry.
