The wine has a pale ruby color. The fruits on the nose are juicy, concentrated and a little sweet (there are ripe fruits and roasted fruits). It expresses the aromas of juicy morello cherry, roasted red cherry, wild strawberry, crushed raspberry and blackberry, combined with spicy and gourmet chocolate notes (toasted vanilla, mint chocolate, liquorice, clove), toasted hazelnut, heated wood and toasted bread in the background. There is also a hint of rose and crushed blackcurrant leaf in the background, which bring freshness and elegance. The palate is gourmet, juicy, with a fruity, enveloping and airy attack. It expresses the flavors of red cherry (or even macerated red cherry), fresh morello cherry, of strawberry, crushed raspberry and blackcurrant, combined with touches of dried mint, dried blackcurrant leaf (in the background), sweet spices (liquorice, white pepper), toasted hazelnut and fresh wood in the background. On the finish, we feel a good bitterness of bird cherry and cranberries, as well as a fine herbaceous touch of fresh blackcurrant leaf and a sappy hint in the background. The tannins are firm, but very fine and polished. The finish is persistent, with energy, salivating acidity and a good bitterness.
