The wine is round, fruity and fresh. We have notes of red fruits as well as a surprising hint of minty fennel branch because it recalls the sense of place. The second nose is still fruity with a minty freshness. The palate is fresh with hints of black pepper as well as crunchy cherry. The tannins are present, catchy with the youth of the wine. They provide structure with a touch of vanilla and continue until the finish. We also perceive notes of blackberries, blackcurrant and redcurrant jam.
