Domaine de Ju 2021 – Ventoux

The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The first nose expresses notes of roasted red cherry, fresh morello cherry, crushed strawberry, black plum, associated with notes of toast, coffee, liauorice, white pepper and violet in the background. The palate is juicy, airy and fluid. In the attack, we find notes of crushed strawberry, fresh morello cherry, roasted cherry and black plum, as well as white pepper, liauorice and a slightly perceptible touch of violet on the finish. The tannins are supple, but perceptible and slightly grippy (but balanced by a chocolate hint which appears on the persistence and a good level of acidity). An open, gour;qnd, well-structured wine.
