(Bio) Beautiful, fruity, spicy, concentrated and deep nose that offers a nice and intense grain. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, pulpy plum and small notes of quite ripe/pulpy small red fruits associated with touches of violet, spices, camphor as well as a hint of local garrigue, pepper and spices/darkness. The palate is beautifully structured, fruity, well-balanced and offers a fresh/acidulous frame, juiciness, suavity, a nice sapidity in its definition, a certain purity of the fruit as well as width. On the palate this wine expresses notes of concentrated blackberry, pulpy/juicy plum and small notes of juicy-roasted small red fruits associated with a touch of crushed raspberry, hints of tonka bean, garrigue, pepper as well as fine hints of chocolate, toasted and almost caramelized. Tannins are velvety and supple. Good length. A hint of good bitterness/roasting on the persistence. A nice little mellow on the persistence.
