Domaine de Coumiac 2023 – Les Griottes – AOP Languedoc

Beautiful elegant nose, racy, precise, frank and that offers power. It reveals notes of morello cherry, small roasted-juicy wild red fruits and small notes of Cubeb pepper associated with hints of blond tobacco, vanilla essence as well as a discreet hint of coconut (in the background). The palate is nicely built, supple, fresh, tangy and offers brilliance as well as gourmandize. Nicely ample and round. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright redcurrants, bright cherry and small notes of juicy/acidic cassis associated with touches of tobacco, black olive as well as a hint of balsamic (in the background). Tannins are mellow and tasty. Chewy and a hint of coconut in the background. Beautifully gourmand and juicy.
