The nose is elegant, racy, spicy and offers plenitude. It presents depth, racy elegance and classicism in elegance. It reveals notes of juicy/tangy vine peach, kumquat and small notes of ripe/juicy citrus, as well as a hint of pineapple, almond and a subtle, almost candied ginger hint in the background. The palate is fruity, juicy, it offers a tangy frame, minerality, good definition, precision, elegance, clarity and plenitude. It also presents freshness, juiciness and a certain bright. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy apple, fleshy/juicy vine peach and small notes of kumquat, combined with touches of Amalfi lemon, small notes of juicy/sweet citrus, as well as a subtle hint of mandarin, quenette, verbena, toasted almond and a subtle hint of sweet spice. A wine which presents a lovely gastronomic side, tannic both in aromatic and structure. It offers an airy, delicate, voluptuous and energetic side. Good length.
