The nose is elegant, racy, frank, precise, airy and offers complexity. It reveals notes of boysenberry, Sichuan pepper and small notes of small concentrated black fruits, associated with touches of infusion, black cherry, toasted hazelnut, as well as a hint of roasted breed, pine needles and a discreet touch of nutmeg. The palate is well-built, fresh, taut, it offers juiciness, suppleness and a racy, frank tannic frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, cassis and small notes of bigarreau cherry, combined with touches of violet, cornflower, as well as hints of lilac and nutmeg. Good length. The tannins are precise and mellow. A wine offering gourmandise, a pretty base and a harmonious mid-palate, an iodized side, graphene and a little elegant darkness. Beautiful freshness, purity, energy and fine straightness.
