The nose is concentrated, aromatic, dense, gourmand honeyed and vanilla-like at first. Then, it expresses the aromas of candied citrus fruits (orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit), stone fruits (apricot, peach) and ripe exotic fruits (passion fruit), associated with a fine toasted side (toasted hazelnut, toasted almond, a touch of toasted wood), vanilla-like and floral touch (honeysuckle, acacia, apple blossom), refreshed by a tangy hint of green apple. The palate offers a beautiful freshness – first the flavors of fresh citrus fruits (lemon, lime, grapefruit) and green apple, then – citrus jam (orange and lemon jam). The notes of toasted hazelnut, fresh hazelnut, toasted almond are well integrated and pleasant. On a long persistence, we find the perceptible notes of honey, a good bitterness and tangy side. Elegance, a beautiful concentration and a refined richness.
