Domaine De Chevalier 2019 –  Pessac-Léognan Grand Cru Classé de Graves 

The nose is elegant, fine, elegant, racy, aerial and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small black fruits, small notes of cornflower, iris associated with touches of pulpy/fleshy strawberry as well as discreet hints of racy minerality, tulip, jasmin and a discreet hint of cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a very beautiful finesse of the fat, freshness and a very beautiful delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry, small notes of glycine associated with small touches of lily, a racy minerality, crushed raspberry, sense of the place as well as an imperceptible almost orange hints/citrus hints, sugared mild tobacco and almond. Tannins are precise and fine. Good length.
