The nose is elegant, precise and offers a beautiful power with delicacy, richness in accuracy, a small compact side on richness as well as depth. It reveals notes of pulpy strawberries, ripe wild small red fruits, pulpy cassis and more slightly fresh fig associated with fresh pine sap, orange blossoms, cinnamon, fine hints of chocolate, toast as well as a subtle hint of fresh hazelnut and cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced, fine/precise it offers freshness, juiciness, elegance, gourmandize, a multi-layered side, a little airy side as well as a very nice stretched side with elegance and finesse. A nice side of fresh and ripe fruit at the same time. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, bright raspberry and more slightly juicy / fresh small red fruits associated with star anise /liquorice, pine sap candy, sweet rose petal, crushed almond, chocolate and a subtle hint of toast. Presence of a nice and delicate chew and a little salinity on the finish (which stretches the finish).
