The nose is fine. It reveals notes of black berries, grilled notes and slight woody notes. The palate is fruity, gourmande, well-balanced and relatively suave. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and fresh black cherry associated with a discreet touch of Zan as well as a hint of tobacco and a few fine / discreet oaky notes. Tannins are fine. Good length and persistence with fruity notes, a touch of Zan and a discreet note of Ceylon tea.
