The palate is fruity, gourmand, incisive and offers minerality, suavity, fluidity, a small freshness as well as an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and slight notes of small stone fruit, minerality combined with touches of pineapple, acacia as well as a discreet touch quince and honey. Good length and persistence with slight toasted notes and fresh almonds.
