The nose is elegant, racy and offers a certain complexity as well as a fine deepness. It reveals notes of blackberry, rose and more slightly crushed redcurrants associated with touches of thyme, lavender, hints of blackberry, fine hints almost saline, pepper as well as a subtle hint of tobacco fresh and spices. Presence of an imperceptible almost mushroom tip in the background. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, fat, roundness, suavity, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, precision, control as well as finesse in its richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, creamy raspberry and small notes of bright cherry associated with touches of small currants, hints of black olive, thyme, lavender, fine hints of pistil, chocolate, zan as well as a subtle hint of local scrubland(biotop), toasted and an imperceptible hint almost mushroom in the background. Presence of a very discreet saline hint on the finish / brings sapidity. Good length and persistence on lavender and pulpy fruits. Tannins are racy and finely tight / straight.
