The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, straight and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine acidity (in the background), elegance, a fine richness, racy minerality, a good definition as well as a small incisive side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, candied physalis and small peach in syrup, quince / kumquat associated with a hint of verbena / tea as well as a subtle hint of beeswax. Good length.
