The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, juiciness, a good definition, gourmandize, a mineral frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes offleshy/juicy blackberry, ripe/crushed cassis and small notes of liquorice associated with touches of juicy blueberry, juicy black cherry, hints of grilled bread, dark chocolate, spices as well as very discreet hints of toasted hazelnut. Tannins are eleegant, fine and structuring. Good length. Very fine sapidity and presence of a very discreet hint of flowers on the finish/persistence.
