The nose is fruity gourmand, relatively gourmand and offers a small freshness and richness. It reveals notes of cherry, cassis and cassis bud associated with a hint of blackberry. The palate is fruity, gourmande, mineral, well built, precise, relatively fat and offers a beautiful fruit as well as a beautiful and a bit silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of red fruit (cherry, raspberry) combined with touches of blackberry, cassis, cassis buds as well as a hint of liquorice, coffee and dark chocolate powder. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and persistence with slight notes of hazelnut and slight toasted notes.
