The wine is pale, shiny and limpid. It has a very light rose gold color. The first nose is discreet, fruity with orange zest but also peach and delicate notes of apple. The second nose is more open with still peach but also nectarine and juicy apricot. There are also a few touches of rose petal and a subtle mango in the background. The wine is dry, fresh with a nice acidity. We have the fruits of the orchard, discreet, on the attack with the peach but also the apricot. An imperceptible note of rosemary is still present. The mid-palate becomes even drier, mineral with a slightly metallic side. There is texture. The whole remains supported by a tangy side. The finish is discreet on melon seed and rose.
