There are notes of blueberry, pulpy Boysen blackberry and small notes of morello cherry associated with touches of Bourbon vanilla, cornflower as well as discreet hints of graphite and a beautiful « sens of place » (local biotop / fresh local grove) and a discreet floral hint. The mouth is fruity and offers minérality, juiciness, tension, gourmandise, creaminess, a lovely energy, harmony as well as an acidulous frame. A beautiful mellow grain. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, bright blueberry and small notes of roasted cherry associated with touches of cornflower, Bourbon vanilla, very discreet hints of liquorice stick, very discreet hints of sage and almost sappy hints. Good work on the good bitternesss. Gourmandise and beautiful 3 dimension side (complexité / multi-layers) and power, especially on the finish.
