The nose is elegant and offers complexity, delicacy as well as a small power (in delicacy). There are notes of yellow apple, quince and sage associated with small touches of fresh garrigue (arbutus…) as well as hints of dried zest of lime, lemon leaf as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well balanced, aerial and offers a mineral / juicy frame, a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, freshness, a small minerality as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy lemon, juicy quince and small notes of fresh sage associated with touches of garrigue, fresh rosemary, small hints of quenette, pine sap, lemon leaf as well as very discreet hints almost honey, almond and an imperceptible hint of toasted oak (in the background). Good length.
