The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers a certain intensity, a fine grain and gourmandize. It reveals notes of cassis, small fresh red berries, small notes of cherry, cherry seed associated with small touches of Timut pepper, fresh garrigue as well as small hints of cherry blossom and liquorice. The palate is fruity, mineral, suave, elegant and offers harmony, a certain concentration (full of control), a fine creaminess, a fine grain as well as a small melodious side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, pulpy/juicy cherry, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cherry seed, small unctuous black fruits as well as hints of chocolate, liquorice, black olive, discreet hints of sense of the place (local biotope) and an imperceptible hint of pepper. Good length. Tannins are elegant, well-built. A persistence on notes of cocoa. A wine full of finesse.
