The wine has a very pale color, almost like water, with a slight apricot tint. The nose is fresh and mineral with a floral note. There are citrus notes like blood orange and lemon. We also perceive fine imperceptible touches of garrigue and nectarine. The mouth is fresh and limpid with an acid frame and minerality. There are notes of nectarine and juicy vine peach. It’s simple and fruity, refreshing. The finish continues with some flowers and a hint of iodine.
