The nose is fresh, racy and offers minerality as well as a fine varietal hint. It reveals notes of crushed pear, quince, small notes of crushed vine peach associated with touches of fresh Mirabelle, fresh zests as well as hints of fresh garrigue (sage, grove, rosemary…). The palate is fruity, mineral and offers freshness, a beautiful fresh/juicy/ripe fruit, a beautiful definition, finesse, an aerial side, gourmandize as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/crunchy nectarine, pulpy pear, small notes of juicy/fresh quince associated with touches of lemon, fresh apricot, small yellow fresh fruits as well as hints of fresh garrigue and a subtle hint of fresh honeysuckle (in the background). Good length.
