The nose is aromatic, powerful and intense. It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, blueberries, violet / iris and small notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry, saffron associated with slight hints of incense, Sichuan pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of ripe almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, ample, very slightly tight and offers a beautiful definition, a good suavity, tension, juiciness, a small gourmandise as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bigarreau cherry associated with small notes of blueberry, violet / iris as well as slight hints of incense, saffron, licorice, slight toasted hints and vanilla. Tannins are firm. Good length. There is a hint of espresso on the persistence.
