The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, minerality, a juicy/acidulous fruit as well as a small fat, suavity and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, acidulous/juicy blackberry, small notes of crunchy raspberry associated with touches of juicy redcurrant as well as hints of violet, lilac, nutmeg, a very discreet hint of laurel and an imperceptible hint of tonka bean. Good length. Tannins are well-built.
