The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, tension, a fine straightness as well as a small fat and a fine roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy plum, small notes of violet associated with touches of small red fruits as well as hints of liquorice stick, rose, iris, very fine hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. Tannins are slightly dry.
