Domaine Clément, Cuvée Tradition 2022 – Bourgogne Coulanges-la-Vineuse

The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is gourmand, fragrant and expresses pure fruit notes. It expresses notes of red currants, dried cranberries, tangy strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, combined with touches of white pepper, blackcurrant bud and cornflower in the background. The palate is tangy, juicy and lively. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, raspberry, strawberry, cranberries, white pepper, as well as blackcurrant leaf and cornflower. The finish has a medium persistence and expresses salivating acidity and good bitterness. The tannins are well structured, not drying. An accessible and fresh wine.
