The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is reserved and requires aeration. It then expresses notes of tangy fruits: fresh red cherry, dried red cherry, crushed wild strawberry, raspberry coulis and elderberry, combined with notes of dried rose petals, lilac, as well as delicate tertiary aromas (wet leaves, undergrowth), spicy (nutmeg, licorice) and herbaceous (dried mint) notes. The palate is delicate and airy. It expresses the flavors of juicy red cherry, fresh raspberry, crushed wild strawberry, cranberries, as well as a herbaceous touch of mint and tobacco, a tertiary touch of wet leaves and wilted rose, as well as lilac. The tannins are melted and have a very fine texture. Good length is lively acidity, lovely freshness and balance with integrated notes of evolution.
