The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is finely spicy and toasted: it expresses notes of liquorice, white pepper, ground cumin, as well as a touch of mint. We also find notes of tangy fruits: bigarreau cherry, cranberries, red currant, raspberry and a subtle floral bouquet (wild rose, cornflower, lily). The palate is fruity, juicy and expresses notes of raspberry, cranberries, bigarreau cherry, red plum, associated with touches of flowers (wild rose, lily), sweet spices (white pepper, ground cumin) and a delicate touch of cassis leaf in the background. The tannins are supple and very fine. Good persistence on the palate, with notes of red cherry, cumin and lively acidity.
