The nose is fruity and offers richness and gourmandize. It reveals notes of sour cherry, crushed cassis and small notes of small red fruits associated with fine hints of underwood, coffee and very fine hints of dark chocolate/truffle associated with a very discreet hint of game, violet and black pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of camphor. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, tension and a beautiful mineral frame as well as a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/crushed cassis, blueberry and small notes of sour cherry associated with very fine hints of strawberry, underwood as well as a subtle hint of cep and spices. Tannins are structuring and racy. Good length.
