On the nose the wine is open, accessible and expressive, showing nuances of red cherries, strawberries, cranberries, raspberries with a touch of cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and bell pepper. The palate is fresh, straight-forward and elegant with bold, grippy but fine-grained tannins supported by intense fruity notes of red plums, red cherries, barberry and goji berries. The oaky notes are well-integrated and support the elegant structure of the wine. The finish is long and noble.
