The nose is powerful, elegant, full of control and offers a certain small density very discreetly tight. It reveals notes of bright Boysen berry, creamy plum, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with fine touches of crunchy blueberry, lilac, pencil lead, pepper, fine hints of chocolate and roasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a beautiful freshness, a certain tension as well as suavity, gourmandize as well as richness, fat, a pulpy/fleshy/juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis cream, bright blackberry, bright raspberry, small notes of plum, cornflower associated with touches of violet, rose, tonka bean as well as subtle hints of caramelization, roasted hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of green cardamom. Good length. Tannins are elegant, precise and structuring. A beautiful persistence (12 caudalies).
