The nose is aromatic and offers power (full of elegance), a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as delicacy. This wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of crunchy wild strawberry, toasted/roasted and small notes of plum, blackberry associated with touches of raspberry, vanilla, bergamot as well as a discreet hint of flowers, Sichuan pepper and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous cherry, acidulous/juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy/acidulous plum associated with small touches of rose, violet, juicy blueberry as well as fine toasted hints, vanilla, roasted, a subtle hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of clove. A beautiful finesse on the persistence.
