It reveals notes of ripe red cherry, juicy/ripe blackberry and small notes of plum associated with fine touches of violet/fresh flowers, ripe/fresh raspberry as well as hints of racy minerality, liquorice and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, tension, straightness as well as a small racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy red cherry, ripe/juicy raspberry and small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of violet, cassis, graphite, toasted/caramelized and an imperceptible hint of chocolate. Tannins are elegant and supple. Good persistence on a hint of cardamom.
