The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers richness. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of apple, lemon and small notes of ripe tangerine associated with touches of limestone, a very discreet hint of exotic fruits, flowers as well as a subtle / imperceptible hint of white pepper (in the background) and grape seed. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, straight and offers a nice mineral frame, tension, a good acidity, suavity and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / fresh lemon, vine peach and small notes of ripe green apple associated with a hint of quenette, a very discreet hint of fresh mirabelle plum as well as small touches of racy minerality and a very discreet hint of salinity on the middle / finish. Good length and good persistence (with a hint of lemon / lemon seed).
