Domaine Camille Paquet 2015 – Pouilly-Fuissé

The nose is fruity, slightly intense and offers freshness. It reveals notes of ripe citrus, honey and yellow fruits associated with a hint of spices, compoted white fruits as well as an imperceptible hint of grilled oak (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, gourmande and offers a beautiful fat, a slight unctuosity, delicacy, a slight acid frame as well as a beautiful juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy yellow plum and juicy yellow peach associated with a subtle hint of apple, honey and oak/toasted bread. Good length. Beautiful gourmand persistence!
