The nose is aromatic, elegant and racy. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and plum associated with touches of wild raspberry, spices, pepper, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of tea. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers gourmandise, a good structure, a small straightness, fat, elegance, a beautiful delicacy, a small aerial side, freshness, a beautiful acid frame as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild strawberry, fleshy red berries and small notes of plum associated with fine touches of cassis, black cherry as well as hints of liquorice, sweet blond tobacco / flowers, a discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible touch of pepper. Tannins are fine and well-built. There are imperceptible hints of almond, tonka bean and tea on the persistence.
